Having actively engaged in complex enterprise-level projects delivery for clients as big as Government & Large Enterprises down to smaller-sized SMB’s, the single-most common obstacle all clients face, is the lack of IT-Specialized and Dedicated Project Managers within the organization, who have enough experience in delivering a wide range of projects to a wide range of clients, to enable them to adequately predict & manage risks and issues and delivery milestones within the project scope and timeframe.
The need for Outsourcing Project Management is especially evident in Government & Large Enterprises where there are high levels of employee horizontal-mobility whereby employees are often reallocated to other sections/departments regularly as organizations keep moving towards a decentralized and dynamically-moving operational framework. And it’s not enough having a Project Manager from the vendor side, for many reasons which include the differences in priorities between Vendor and Client, and the inability of vendors to assign full-time resource at client premises to handle the constant flow of information given limited budget constraints.
To tackle this gap in the market, we are offering Vendor Project Management as a Service (VPMaaS) which allows the client to offload the task of vendor follow-up & requirements/scoping activities to someone who is constantly aware of entire CLIENT scope of work, whereby we hold ourselves responsible and liable as a company to ensure timely management of the project without causing overhead work for CLIENT, and all of this for a fraction of the cost of hiring a full-time experienced Project Manager, and to spare the time of CLIENT employees who already have their duties & responsibilities and do not have the full-breadth of hands-on experience in IT Project Delivery.
Committed pre-scheduled 2-hour meetings (extendable if required) with Business Users to gather requirements for any IT-related or Digital Content related initiatives.
30 minute (up to 1 hour) General Agenda Updates Meeting will be conducted as a pre-specific time where Client will update on latest initiatives, strategic directives and any other pertinent information related to ongoing activities under the umbrella of IT & Digital Transformation.
Every 2 weeks, email invitation would be sent (optional, not mandatory) to all business users who have ideas or requests or feedbacks pertaining to CLIENT’s IT & Digital transformation Initiatives.
